Fun Family Field Trips in Northern California
This is a collaborative blog "for kids, with kids, and by kids." Students plan a "Fun Family Field Trip" which they document in a media project and share here on the blog. While enriching the science and social studies curriculum, the goal is to get students and their families to fully appreciate and experience the wonderful place where we live. Meanwhile, students will be learning valuable technology skills that will allow them to make their own unique contributions to our learning.

Step 3: Go on your field trip and document it with approximately 1-11 pictures and/or video clips, or drawings.
Step 4:
Step 4: Next, create your media project using your favorite free online tool (such as mentioned on this site.) Or if you'd prefer, you can make your video/slideshow using your favorite video editing software. If you make your own video, and if you have permission from your parents, you can post on YouTube.
